Welcome to Clicks Booster, a Pakistan-based SEO and digital marketing agency. We provide Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, Content Writing, Website Designing, and Niche Website Launching services.

These terms explain how our services work, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. By placing an order with Clicks Booster, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services and Orders

Every service has its own price, scope, and delivery timeline. We confirm the details before starting your project.

You can place an order directly through our website or through our Workar profile.

Work begins once your order and payment are confirmed. Please provide accurate information and any access needed to complete your project. Delays in receiving information or approvals may affect the delivery date.

2. Payments

Payment details are shared before work begins. We start work once the required payment is received.

All prices and payment terms are confirmed with you before your order starts.

3. Delivery

We deliver your work through the agreed channel, such as email, a shared document, or a project link.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we confirm a fixed deadline in writing. We keep you informed about your order's progress and provide reports where applicable.

4. Revisions

We want you to be satisfied with our work. Each service includes two revisions within the applicable time window.

A revision covers changes within the original project scope. Requests for additional work or major changes may require an extra fee.

Please submit revision requests through our official communication channels.

5. Seven-Day Refund Policy

Every order is covered by a 7-day refund policy starting from the delivery date.

If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, you can request a refund within seven calendar days of delivery. Please contact us in writing, provide your order details, and explain the issue.

We will review your request and respond with the next steps. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible, or through another mutually agreed method.

This policy applies to orders placed directly with Clicks Booster. Orders placed through Workar may also be subject to Workar's own terms, procedures, and dispute policies. Where platform rules apply, those rules must also be followed.

6. Backlink Replacement Guarantee

We aim to provide lasting backlink placements. However, third-party websites control their own content and may remove or change links without notice.

If a backlink we placed is removed within 30 days of the delivery date, we will replace it at no additional cost.

This guarantee applies to links removed by the host website. It does not cover links removed because of changes made to your own website, including deleted pages, changed URLs, or other modifications under your control.

After the 30-day guarantee period, replacement requests can be discussed separately.

Although we aim for permanent placements, we cannot guarantee that a third-party website will keep a link live forever.

7. SEO Rankings and Results

SEO results depend on many factors, including competition, your website's history, content quality, and search engine updates.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or positions on Google. We focus on delivering the agreed work, following our stated practices, and providing clear reporting.

8. Our Link-Building Practices

We focus on manual research, relevant placements, and quality link building. We do not use private blog networks or automated spam submissions as part of our stated approach.

For Nandla Backlinks, every placement domain must meet our stated Ahrefs Rank (AR) requirement of 1 to 15,000 at the time of placement.

9. Your Responsibilities

To help us complete your project successfully, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your website and business.
Give us the access needed to complete the agreed work.
Keep your website accessible and functional where required.
Review deliverables and provide feedback on time.
Avoid requesting work that falls outside the agreed scope or involves deceptive or harmful practices.

10. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, the final content or deliverables created specifically for your project belong to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our internal tools, templates, processes, and proprietary methods remain our property.

We may feature completed work in our portfolio or case studies unless you ask us in writing not to do so. We will not knowingly disclose confidential information in doing so.

11. Confidentiality

We treat your business information and project details as confidential. We do not disclose them to third parties except when necessary to deliver the agreed service, when you authorize us, or when disclosure is required by law.

12. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We review cancellation requests based on the work completed, the agreed scope, and the applicable refund policy. Orders placed through Workar may also be subject to its cancellation and dispute procedures.

13. Limitation of Liability

Clicks Booster is not responsible for search engine updates, third-party website changes, hosting issues, or other events outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for a specific service will not exceed the amount paid for that service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
